We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

 

Refund Policy

The Candie Beauty team works from Monday - Friday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. It takes 2-4 business days to process your order before shipment, You will only receive a tracking number once the item has SHIPPED.

It is imperative that you insert the correct address AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, in order to make sure you receive your package. We are 100% not liable for incorrect addresses inserted during checkout. Any change made after is still not GUARANTEED! If the package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, you can either pay reshipment fee $4.99 or receive store credit ONLY!. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to customer inserting the incorrect address during checkout, it is NONREFUNDABLE.

Once your order ships out we are no longer responsible for it. We are 100% not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package says "delivered" please contact your local USPS or their customer service line 1 (800) 275-8777. By placing your order and agreeing to the terms and conditions during checkout, you have accepted and agreed to this.

Unfortunately, sometimes our products can get damaged while being transported to delivery destinations. If this occurs, please send us an email promptly at support@candiebeauty.com. In the email YOU MUST include: your name, order number and a picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DELAY! THERE MIGHT BE DELAY DUE TO COVID-19 IN CERTAIN AREAS. We use USPS First Class mail for all shipments, which usually takes 3-4 days after shipments, but there can be DELAYS.

**International Orders are shipped with First Class International Shipping which can take up to 50 business days during this time.**
